Glulam Timber Beams

Marches is one of the few UK suppliers of Glulam Beams/ Glued Laminted Timber Beams.

Glulam stands for Glued Laminated Timber. It is a type of structural timber comprising of a number of layers of dimensioned timber bonded together with durable, moisture-resistant structural adhesives.

Simply this means sticking pieces of timber together to make larger sections and longer lengths. It means that timber can still be used for applications that require sections or lengths which are larger than can be sourced from single logs.

All our glulam is stocked in our Hereford yard in 12m lengths meaning we can cut virtually any length you require.

We stock GL28c graded glulam which perfoms exceptionally well in structural applications and is stronger than the more commonly available GL24h.
